ME910G1

Enabling a new generation of massive low-cost IoT device deployments numbering in the hundreds of thousands ormillions, the ME910G1 is the Category M1/NB2 evolution of the brand new Telit xE910 product family. Exceeding market demands for optimized power consumption and enhanced quality of coverage, Cat M1/NB2 devices are specifically tailored for low data throughput IoT applications. This model further enriches the widely deployed Telit xE910 family of 28 x 28 mm LGA modules.

HE910

The HE910 is our most compact multi-band HSPA+ LGA module series, with built-in GPS and GSM | EGPRS fallback at 28 x 28 mm. As a member of the xE910 LGA unified form factor family the HE910 series is pin-to-pin compatible with LTE, HSPA, GSM | GPRS and CDMA | EVDO xE910 family counterparts.

GE910-QUAD

The GE910 is a 2.5G cellular module designed to be fully compatible with Telit’s HSPA and EV-DO products, also member of the compact, and connector-less xE910 unified form factor family. This allows you to design your applica tion once and take advantage of global coverage by replac ing the module with an UMTS, HSPA+, 1xRTT, EV-DO, or LTE alternate for your next market or for higher data rates. The LGA (Land-Grid Array) package enables an ultra-low profile, integrated solution while at the same time provid ing enhanced mechanical resistance to shock. An on-board ARM11 processor lets you deploy even the most demanding applications with high processing power requirements.

ML865C1

The ML865C1 is the Category M1/NB1 evolution in the widely deployed Telit xL865 product family. Specified in the Release 13 of the 3GPP standard, LTE Cat M1/NB1 is specifically tailored for IoT applications, offering optimized power consumption and enhanced coverage. In addition, with its square 24.4 x 24.4 mm VQFN footprint, the ML865C1 is designed for size sensitive applications.

UL865

The UL865 is a 3G module in the xL865 family. It is based on the latest Intel chipset to protect the developer’s design investments as a long term availability solution. The UL865 features VQFN packaging that is fully pad-level compatible with its 2G companion, the GL865-DUAL V3.

GL865-V3.1

The GL865 V3.1 is the new Telit GSM/GPRS product series recommended for new designs for deployment in those regions where there is still a long way to go before 2G sunset and for those “lite” IoT applications for which there is no point in moving out from cost-optimized 2G modules to oversized and more expensive 3G/4G modules. These new modules are available both in dual-band and quad-band variants for global coverage. The GL865 V3.1 modules maintain full hardware and software compatibility with the previous GL865 V3, thereby providing a direct replacement path. Simple drop-in migration and technology upgrade path to 3G high-speed performance is also available with pin-to-pin compatible HSPA companion module UL865.

LE866

The LE866 is the smallest LTE module in the market. With its ultra compact 15 x 25 mm LGA footprint, it is designed for applications with severe space constraints, such as wearables.
