The MA.750 Pantheon antenna is an omni-directional heavy-duty, fully IP67 waterproof external M2M antenna for use in telematics, transportation and remote monitoring applications.
This unique antenna delivers powerful MIMO antenna technology for cellular/LTE and Wi-Fi 802.11n and emerging 802.11ac, plus GPS/GLONASS for next generation multiple wireless technology systems, such as telematics. The GPS/GLONASS antenna has a Front End SAW Filter. Examples are new fleet management and real time video applications that demand high speed video uplink and downlink. High efficiency and high gain MIMO antennas are necessary to achieve the required signal to noise ratio and throughput required to solve these challenges.

Five (5) high performance antennas are integrated into an extremely robust IP67 direct/permanent mount antenna package with excellent isolation (20dB+). 
The antenna has its own ground-plane and can radiate on any mounting environment like metal or plastic without affecting performance. The cables are low loss allowing for lengths of up to 10 meters (32’ and 9.70 “), critical for buses, trains and other commercial transport applications. Customized cables and connector version available.

The MA950 Guardian is a next generation combination antenna. The first panel antenna worldwide designed for IoT Gateway and Router devices. It is a low profile 5in1 wall and adhesive mount antenna. Taoglas also takes care to have high isolation among these antennas to prevent self-interference. Low loss cables used to keep efficiency high over long cable lengths. The GPS-GLONASS-BeiDou active antenna has been carefully designed for excellent performance across all GNSS bands, leading to higher location accuracy and stability of tracking in urban environments. The housing dimension is 146*134*20mm. It is IP67 waterproof and comes with 3M foam adhesive. The antenna can be mounted internally or externally on a vehicle. The MA950 comes with 1 meter, low loss KSR-200P coaxial cables for the LTE and Wi-Fi antennas, and RG174 coaxial cable for the GNSS antenna as standard. The Spartan MA.600 antenna is a heavy-duty, fully IP67 waterproof external M2M antenna for use in telematics, transportation and remote monitoring applications. The Spartan is unique in the market because it combines a 3in1 GPS/GLONASS, Cellular (2G and 3G) and Wi-Fi, heavy-duty antenna with high efficiency in a compact format.The antenna screws down permanently onto a roof or metal panel and can be pole or wall-mounted with a metal bracket. 

For industries such as commercial vehicle telematics, remote monitoring, smart meter systems and construction
equipment, the Spartan provides a robust, rugged antenna that is durable, even in extreme environments. All while still maintaining 20dB isolation between antennas. It uses high-shielded PTFE dielectric ultra low-loss cables that maintain low attenuation at all frequency bands, with an average 0.3dB per meter (0.1dB per foot), compared to 0.7dB for RG58 and 1.2dB for RG174. Because of this, the Spartan maximizes chances of passing PTCRB and network approvals first time. The Spartan also has excellent GPS/GLONASS reception without need to attach to an external ground-plane due to coupling to its unique own metal base.

The MA520 Hercules 2in1 Penta Band Cellular-2.4/5.8GHz Antenna is the smallest package high performance screw-mount (permanent mount) antenna available, for external use on vehicles and outdoor assets worldwide. Everything is in the one housing reducing the need for multiples antenna installations. This is the ideal antenna for 3G gateway routers that provide Wi-Fi hotspots. It has been designed for heavy duty work with extra thick threads; with durable UV-resistant ABS housing is resistant to vandalism and direct attack. 

At only 29mm high and 49mm in diameter this antenna enables covert operation and its quality is proven by growing adoption by many of the world’s largest wireless brands worldwide. The standard cable length is 1 meter, the antenna can work to cable lengths of 2 meters. The MA303 SAUCER antenna is a combination small form factor high performance GPS/GLONASS and 2G/3G Cellular GSM/GPRS/CDMA/ PCS/DCS/ WCDMA/UMTS antenna to simplify remote monitoring and fleet management worldwide.

It comes with magnetic mount as standard. An internal O-ring meets IP-65 waterproof standards. With the strongest GPS/ GLONASS and Cellular antenna design team in the industry and rigorous testing Taoglas offers guaranteed performance with your system and your environment. A front end SAW helps prevent LNA compression and burn out from nearby high power wireless transmissions. It also reduces radiated spurious emission failures in certification. An integrated strain resist helps prevent cable damage from accidental tension on the cable.

The standard MA303 version comes with 1 metres RG174 cable and SMA(M) connectors for both GPS/GLONASS and Cellular feeds. Cables and connectors are customizable upon request. Due to typical RF losses, 1 metre cable length is optimal, it is not recommended to use longer than 3 metre cables.

Taoglas also takes care to have high isolation between the two MIMO antennas to prevent self-interference. Low loss cables are used to keep efficiency high over long cable lengths.

The IP67 waterproof housing measures just 139*76*14mm with 3M foam adhesive. The antenna can be mounted internally or externally on a vehicle. Both MIMO 1 and MIMO 2 coaxial cables are 2m low loss CFD-200 with SMA(M) connectors.

It enables designers to use only one antenna that covers all common frequencies for LTE and 4G globally. 4G wireless applications demand high speed data uplink and downlink. High efficiency and high gain MIMO antennas are necessary to achieve the required signal to noise ratio and throughput required to solve these challenges. Taoglas also takes care to have high isolation between the two MIMO antennas to prevent self-interference. Low loss cables are used to keep efficiency high over long cable lengths. In contrast, smaller MIMO antennas with poorer quality thinner cables will have much reduced efficiency and isolation, which would lead to a large drop in system throughput or drops, and may indeed not make a system connection at all.

The Stream 3in1 MA230 GPS/Glonass, LTE Cellular 2G/3G/4G and Wi-Fi 2.4/5GHz antenna is a low profile, heavy-duty, fully IP67 waterproof external M2M antenna for use by RF professionals in telematics, transportation and remote monitoring applications. The Stream 3in1 is unique in the market as it combines the highest possible efficiency and peak gain for GPS/Glonass, Wi-Fi dual-band 2.4/5GHz and all cellular bands in 2G/3G/4G in a low profile compact format for mounting via high quality first tier automotive approved 3M adhesive foam.

Many module manufacturers specify peak gain limits for any antennas that are to be connected to that module. Those peak gain limits are based on free-space conditions. In practice, the peak gain of an antenna tested in free-space can degrade by at least 1 or 2dBi when put inside a device. So ideally you should go for a slightly higher peak gain antenna than mentioned on the module specification to compensate for this effect, giving you better performance.

Upon testing of any of our antennas with your device and a selection of appropriate layout, integration technique, or cable, Taoglas can make sure any of our antennas’ peak gain will be below the peak gain limits. Taoglas can then issue a specification and/or report for the selected antenna in your device that will clearly show it complying with the peak gain limits, so you can be assured you are meeting regulatory requirements for that module.

For example, a module manufacturer may state that the antenna must have less than 2dBi peak gain, but you don’t need to select an embedded antenna that has a peak gain of less than 2dBi in free-space. This will give you a less optimized solution. It is better to go for a slightly higher free-space peak gain of 3dBi or more if available. Once that antenna gets integrated into your device, performance will degrade below this 2dBi peak gain due to the effects of GND plane, surrounding components, and device housing. If you want to be absolutely sure, contact Taoglas and we will test. Choosing a Taoglas antenna with a higher peak gain than what is specified by the module manufacturer and enlisting our help will ensure you are getting the best performance possible without exceeding the peak gain limits.

GPS/Glonass
The patent pending design incorporates internally a custom Taoglas 35mm patch antenna on an extended integral ground-plane to deliver more than 3.5dBiC gain. A front-end SAW filter dramatically reduces radiated spurious emissions.

Cellular 2G/3G/4G
The extended ground-plane used with an innovative internal cellular PIFA also enables the unique wide-band 2G/3G/4G response to deliver the highest performance possible, at 3 metres cable length. Nothing else out there comes close in terms of consistency of efficiency and peak gain at all cellular bands, with 70%+ at the LTE 700MHz band, again including 3 metres of cable loss. High antenna efficiencies are absolutely critical in today’s 3G and 4G systems to achieving targeted data-speeds and coverage.

Wi-Fi dual-band 2.4/5GHz
A powerful antenna gives maximum gain and coverage for common applications. 3dBi+ stable gain on both bands including cable loss means the antenna is ideal for high bandwidth applications.
All this is done while still maintaining 20dB isolation between antennas. The Stream uses shielded PTFE dielectric ultra low-loss cables that maintain low attenuation at all frequency bands, and high noise rejection, with an average loss of only 0.3dB per meter (0.1dB per foot), compared to 0.7dB for RG58 and 1.2dB for RG174. Because of this, the Stream maximizes chances of passing PTCRB and network approvals first time. The Stream works best when attached to plastic or glass, but can also be used on metal if a minimum of 40mm foam spacing is added.
