Simplicity and reliability make the multimec 3C an excellent switch for build-in and over-mould solutions. In addition the switch is great for foil overlay as it can still function even if the overlay breaks and an upgrade can be done by changing the foil and not the PCB, which is very cost-effective.

Multimec 3A is for caps with hinges in order to imitate rocker-function switches. Because of this type of caps the travel of the 3A switch is 2 mm. 3

Multimec 5G series is a new generation switch of the 3 and 4 series switches. Multimec 5 series matches 3 and 4 series´ dimensions and print layout with an exception of illuminated 3 series. 5G switch has a large diameter snap-on cap retention system and an actuator levelled with the switch body. In addition, the switch can be supplied with one or two LEDs integrated on it in order to provide excellent illumination. Night vision (NVIS) LEDs are also available.
Multimec 5G series has a 2.0N, 3.5N, 6.5N actuation force and an actuator levelled with the switch body.

Ultramec 6C is a new switch that has the height of 2.5mm and 8x8mm dimensions making it a lot smaller than Multimec series switches. Series 6C -  a low profile high performance tactile switch.

Navimec is a five position navigational switch solution based on high performance tactile switches. The line is ideal for data entry devices where a joystick function is needed to navigate through menus. It has a select switch in the middle and four navigational switches around it (surrounding switches can have other functionality as well).

Navimec can be delivered as an  illuminated version with laser marked legends, or as non-illuminated with solid colour caps with or without legends on the them.
Navimec solution can be ordered as single parts for self-mounting or as a module.
The module includes a PCB with switches mounted and a plug for easy connection.The caps are mounted on 10mm x 10mm high performance tactile switches.

Aquamec is a switch solution that has IP67 from the front panel. The series is based on the Multimec 3F series and can provide excellent illumination with the transparent cap and has variable height options.

1ZW is Contolmec with panel sealing. Controlmec is a five position integrated switch solution designed for outdoor, dusty and humid applications, to control a unit, navigate in a display or operate auxiliary equipment. The solution is based on the Multimec 5 series.

Illuminated 1ZW is created on a frosted white cap with reverse printed black soft touch surface with a rubber coating which gives a nice feel during the actuation and laser marking is used to make the legend/symbol.
In the center there is either, OK and the four navigations have legend.
Contolmec solution is mounted on a Multimec 5G switch in the middle and 4 Multimec 5E switches around. We recommend using through-hole switches for precise placing.
Note that only the center legend is illuminated with integrated LED in the switch (5G). The surrounding legends require 4 chip-LEDs on the PCB to be illuminated.

Ø 11.5mm concave cap for Ultramec 6c
The 10G cap was designed with low profile 6C switch in mind. It has the lowest total height in MEC product range.

Large round caps with optional metal legend *
10R/10RF/10RM series are 30mm round caps with a low total height of 11mm. 10R has a slightly rounded top, 10RF has a flat top and 10RM has a flat top with a metal plate that leaves a 1mm rim.

Small round cap
1SS/1LS/1IS cap series provides flexibility in colour as well as in height. Illumination can either be full (1IS) or dot (1LS). The illuminated caps are mounted on Multimec 5G switch, solid colour caps can be mounted on both 5 series switches.

Low round caps for foil overlay
1JS cap series is just 10.4 mm high with the Multimec 5G switch making it the lowest illuminated cap in MEC product range. the 1JS is Ø9,6mm. The cap is excellent for foil overlay. It was designed with soft edges in order to extend the lifetime of the foil.

1DS/1ES/1FS cap series consists of round caps with Ø9,6 mm and overall height with the 5G switch is 14,9mm. 1DS can be provided in solid as well as transparent colour for illumination. 1ES is a cap in solid colour with a small round lens and 1FS is also a cap in solid colour but has a large round lens on the top

Aquamec is a switch solution that has IP67 from the front panel. Cap is supplied either in black or transparent colour. The series is based on the Multimec 3F series and can provide excellent illumination with the transparent cap.

1US is a soft line cap with great illumination possibility. The cap has a rounded top that provides good tactile feel to the operator.

Rectangular cap with rounded edges
1XS series provides options in illuminated and non-illuminated rectangular caps. Cap is 9,4mmx7,4mm and has rounded edges.

1PS/1QS/1RS is a series of 6.5 mm x 12.5 mm rectangular caps. 1PS cap is provided in 7 solid colours and 2 transparent colours. 1QS with a rectangular lens in the middle and 1RS with a round lens.

1A/1H/1M/1ZA series offer many sizes in rectangular caps. 1A/1H are 10,1x12,5 mm, 1ZA 10,1x18,65mm and 1M 10,1x25,0mm. Illumination can be created with transparent 1A cap or solid 1H cap with a lens.
